The GSG Covert Smartbox was designed for with the law enforcement community in mind. GSG Trak set out to identify the features the Law Enforcement community required in covert GPS tracking and combine them in one device and monitoring platform. GSG Trak worked with Detectives, Prosecutors, Homeland Security, Narcotics, and Surveillance units to identify the requirements desired in a covert tracking platform.

Some of these features include:

• Vibration detection: why wait for the target to start moving when vibration detection can indicate when a car door or trunk has been opened.

• Light Sensor: Deploy the device in a trap and know when the trap has been accessed

• Throttleable ping rate: ping rate can be adjusted anywhere at any time on the fly

• Geofencing: be alerted when the device enters or leaves a predetermined area.

• Audible siren: to aid in device location and in establishing probable cause

• Extended Battery Life: up to 6 months

• Sealed rugged case with high strength magnets for quick and easy deployment and recovery

• Sealed case with charging cradle allows charging without disassembly and compromising internal parts

• GSG Track utilizes a google maps interface for familiar map recognition and landmark identification.
